We hope you are delighted with your Jenny Packham purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

Schedule a Collection

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
